Billing --> Facilities| The facilities screen gives you a list of all the Facilities that are in the system. Facilities can be added into the system manually, but usually the are populated by the Statement Upload process. When a new Facility is entered into the system it will show in the facilities list, but until it is setup to accept payments it will have a red asterisk (*) next to the Facility Code. |  | The facilities edit screen allows you to change information about the facility. The Facility Name and address information is what is shown to the Payee during the payment process, so you can modify this information.
Note: The Merchant Number and Merchant Key is the information that allows payments to the merchant gateway, these fields should not be modified. |  | | | |
