Sugar Magnolia Properties has a new website

In 2013 after obtaining her real estate license, Melanie Northcutt Crocker had a dream to open up a new and different type of real estate brokerage and give back to her hometown. In partnership with her husband, Matt Crocker, they formed Sugar Magnolia Properties, which officially launched in February 2017. Sugar Magnolia Properties strives to offer their clients a worry-free experience when buying and selling a home.
