Buying a home is exciting and fun. It is also an investment. Kerrie Medlin's job is to use her knowledge and experience to assist with the hundreds of details and decisions that are a component of purchasing a home. Your job is to add the excitement and fun! (She’ll help with that, too!)

Kerrie has been a licensed Realtor® since 1993 and a Real Estate Broker since 2006. She is a consistent top producer and has been ranked number one in that category. She and her husband, Jim, have always been self-employed, so she knows that success is achieved with hard work. Kerrie will use this work ethic to help you find the home of your dreams in beautiful East Texas. Kerrie also benefits from a good working, and friendly relationship with other Realtors in the community. This, she feels, contributes immensely to her success.
