Bethany Nolan's heritage is rich in the Greater East Texas area. Bethany began her career as a REALTOR® in real estate in the summer of 2017. As an East Texas native, Bethany's professional experience serves her clients in the Greater East Texas area, and is proud to be a ninth-generation Texan and a seventh-generation Upshur County resident. Currently, Bethany is a Broker Associate at her family's brokerage Nolan Properties LLC as she covers the East Texas area. Most recently, Bethany has been named to the National Association of Realtors 30 Under 30 Class of 2022 - which is part of an intense application and approval process based on transactions, sales volume, and community involvement.
